Create a balanced schedule without penalties for cancellations.Support for Professional Growth: We provide free CE credits through optional monthly APA-accredited courses, one-on-one consultations, group case consultation, and wellness events to support your growth.About the RoleWe are seeking Consult Clinicians to deliver thoughtful, data-driven intake sessions with our clients. Utilizing your clinical expertise and technology, you will provide clients with high-quality and data-driven assessment services to ensure they are routed to the appropriate ongoing care. Our diverse team of Clinicians offers a highly unique work environment, fostering continuous learning and a culture of support and camaraderie. In addition to providing clinical assessments, you will participate in regular clinical meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.RequirementsLicensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)Minimum of 1 year of experience providing intake or assessment servicesMinimum of six months of teletherapy experienceAbility to work for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time spent in client sessionsAvailable during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour/week for the 1st four weeks, and then 30min/month on-goingHave exceptional skills in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis and DSM-5 criteriaProficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for diagnostic evaluation.Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.Have a reliable internet connection for conducting video sessionsAvailability between 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. PST Monday through Friday preferredWhat to Expect: Our Interview ProcessHere's an overview of what comes next:Application Review: We'll promptly review your application to ensure you meet the minimum qualificationsRecruiter Interview: 45-minute phone interview with one of our Clinical RecruitersClinical Interview: 45-minute video interview with one of our Clinical ManagersReference Check: If your interviews proceed successfully, we will initiate a reference checkOffer: If all goes well, you'll receive an offer to join our team!Interview Timeline: The entire process typically takes 1-2 weeksImportant NotesPlease stay alert for job scams: All communication will come from official Two Chairs email domains (@twochairs.com or @twochairscareers.com).
