  • 11115 Day Shift - Mileage is in addition to bill rate. Monday - Friday.
  • Looking for someone with prior home health experience (1 year would suffice). We service the Butte Yuba and Sutter Counties. Right now the primary need is in Butte County. Our home health and hospice agencies are located throughout California Hawaii Oregon and Washington. They serve the entire community and offer personalized in-home care and many have been recipients of Home Care Elite awards.
  • Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical social and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
    • Job Requirements
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): Required
    • Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
    • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
    • Valid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age or older: Required
    • Physical Therapist (PT): Required
