Certified Language Interpreter

Job Description:

A company is looking for Freelance Independent Interpreters to provide over-the-phone interpretation services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide over-the-phone consecutive interpretation between multiple languages and English
Perform sight translation of written documents as required
Conduct quality control reviews of translated documents as necessary

Required Qualifications

One year of training, education, or related experience in interpretation
Highly proficient in both English and the target language, ILR scale of 2+
Fluent in English and the target language with clear pronunciation
Ability to preserve tone and emotional level of the speaker during interpretation
Ability to maintain appropriate speed and projection while interpreting
