You'll work closely with county, state, and federal agencies to secure contracts, manage funding, and drive the success of our initiatives. Through Clinical Supervision you'll guide and inspire a talented team, shape their professional growth, and directly influence the quality of care that transforms the lives of youth and families.*WHO YOU ARE** *Educational Background:* Masters Degree in a related field with LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC credentials* *Experience:* 2 years post licensure to provide Clinical Supervision, 3 years of full-time social work or casework employment in the field of family or child welfare services OR two years of full-time social work or casework employment in a licensed foster family or adoption agency* *Skills:* Expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments effectively.
