A large medical center located in Sacramento, California is seeking a Nurse Manager for their 50 bed Medical Surgical Unit. The Medical Surgical Nurse Manager will oversee a well-tenured team of lively nurses that provide high quality care for this diverse adult patient population.

The Med Surg Nurse Manager will lead 10 Assistant Nurse Managers and a clinical staff of 80 FTEs. The Medical Surgical Nurse Manager will be supported with class leading benefits as this hospital is part of a large organization known for long-term benefits and highly competitive compensation.
A Clinical Nurse Manager with experience in LEAN Six Sigma Process Improvement methodologies will thrive in this hospital's culture. Moreover, experience within a unionized hospital is a plus.
