Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Associate to work
from home.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing or past customers to upsell
additional services
Sell and add-on products and services that align with customer
needs
Maintain knowledge of Internet, home phone, programming, and TV
service packages
Required Qualifications
Experience in a call center with outbound sales
Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
Ability to follow a script effectively
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask with various
software applications
Willingness to connect the computer directly to the modem with an
ethernet cord
