INSIDE SALES MANAGER - Required Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively distill and deliver our clients proposition,
demonstrating great product platform knowledge.
Lead a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Professionals in developing, and
managing a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting
via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships,
executive introductions, and marketing automation
introductions.
Exercise discretion in determining which prospect are most likely
to close in order to meet quota expectations. Meet or exceed
productivity and quota expectations.
Exercise discretion in the process of choosing which prospects to
move forward with, as well as throughout the sales process and to
closing deals in order to meet quota goals.
Regularly use Salesforce.com to provide timely and accurate
forecasting and reporting of activity to the Sales Director.
Developing, preparing, and delivering value-based sales proposals
and respond to client RFPs.
Use authority to offer discounts and provide prospects with
contracts, and manage the closing process.
Appropriately engage, and inform sr. management and staff during
the sales cycle in addition to providing, accurate, timely
forecasting of bookings, and providing constructive feedback to
other areas of the organization
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of four (4 -10) + yrs of successful sales track record in
meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota's of at least
$1M-2M+ annually.
Inside Sales Management, Team Leadership, Sales Coaching and
Mentoring Exp Needed!
Exp working with US Based companies to sell to European customers a
plus.
Inside Sales experience within environments that allowed for
discretionary decision making preferred.
Strongly prefer previous experience selling Software-as-a-Service
(SAAS) technologies in a related industry.
Solution sales experience a big plus.
Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp quickly.
Exp selling software products and solutions to marketing and sales
professionals strongly preferred.
Strong cold calling skills.
