This position requires a current real estate license or the
willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.

Responsibilities:
--- Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the
buildings along with financial and analytical data
--- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order
to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
--- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons
to ensure fair market prices to clients
--- Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely
manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
--- Must be a resident of Santa Rosa, CA or nearby, with a valid
real estate license
--- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of
personalities
--- Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
--- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
--- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease
language
