Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative
to support their veterinary customer base by managing inbound calls
and emails related to instrument consumables and services.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products and supplies via
phone, fax, and email
Establish credibility with customers and recommend additional
products and services through discovery
Maintain accurate customer profiles and interactions using
Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications and Education
Sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific discipline is a
plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
