A company is looking for a Senior Customer Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer touchpoints to identify opportunities for
improving customer experience and retention strategies
Generate actionable insights from customer success behaviors and
support interactions to drive performance analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data
collection and optimize customer support processes
Required Qualifications
Degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of experience in
customer analytics or support operations
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams by translating
data into actionable insights
Demonstrated knowledge of statistical methods and experience with
predictive modeling
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R; experience with BI
tools is a plus
Strong business acumen with the ability to present complex data
analysis to diverse audiences
