Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Central Clinical Support to assist pharmacists and managers in serving customers and maintaining the department.

Key Responsibilities

Perform outbound calls and assist with customer outreach under pharmacist supervision
Assist with administrative tasks and screen chats for clinical issues
Ensure prompt service by managing internal and external customer calls

Required Qualifications

GED or H.S. Diploma required
Certified Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
Experience in customer service
