Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Strategy Consultant to
provide financial consultations and advice to plan
participants.
Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise plan participants on available Advisory Services
to meet their retirement goals
Utilize the Empower Best Interest Profile tool to deliver fiduciary
recommendations and assist with account management
Proactively identify retirement planning needs and follow up on
opportunities to increase assets under management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of financial industry experience
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) registrations
required
CFP preferred; otherwise, CRPC required within 6 months of hire
Experience in a metrics/activity driven team environment
