Summary:What you need to know about the role:Venmo is looking for a
Senior UX Designer to lead design for our Consumer Financial
Services (CFS) team, crafting seamless and intuitive money
management experiences. This role demands a seasoned designer with
a deep commitment to user-centered design-someone who can blend
strategic thinking with high-quality execution to build trust and
security within our financial products.As a senior designer, you'll
shape Venmo's financial ecosystem, delivering visually
sophisticated experiences that resonate with our users. You'll
leverage design patterns, advocate for best practices, and
influence stakeholders to champion your vision-all while pushing
the boundaries of what's possible in digital finance.Meet our
team:The Consumer Financial Services (CFS) design team is
responsible for Venmo's money management features, including Venmo
Balance, deposits, automated money tools, Crypto, Teen accounts,
and financial products like the Venmo Debit and Credit Cards. We
work adjacent to the Core Experiences and Business Profiles teams,
collaborating with researchers and content designers within Venmo's
XD organization to deliver innovative and user-friendly financial
