A company is looking for a Medicare Inbound Contacts Representative.



Key Responsibilities

Address incoming inquiries from Medicare members via telephone, digital, or written communication
Handle 40+ inbound calls daily, resolving complex benefit questions and educating members
Record details of interactions and escalate unresolved customer grievances as necessary


Required Qualifications

2 years of customer service experience
Experience managing multiple priorities and using various computer applications simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
Prior experience in a high-volume call center or related customer service environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
