Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Product Support Senior Associate
to join their Interface Network Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve client and vendor issues through CRM and
collaboration
Communicate with clients and vendors to understand issues and
provide accurate resolutions
Update internal documentation and engage with internal teams to
support new features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Health Administration,
Engineering, or Health Informatics preferred
3+ years of professional or related experience
Demonstrated ability to manage independent projects
Experience with client escalations
