group is a world leader in high altitude electro-optical, infrared,
multi-spectral imaging sensors and ground support systems, employed
by the U.S. and foreign military in time critical intelligence,

deliver. We are actively searching for a Mission Support Ground
Section Lead to lead a team of intermediate to experienced Field
Service professionals. Team responsibilities include image quality
analysis, data flows management, troubleshooting and implementation
of corrective actions while monitoring the health and status of
equipment. Mission Support serves as the first responder to all
issues related to the Raytheon product line by executing various
system administration functions. What You Will Do * Review
escalated issues, establish, and maintain a good relationship with
key customers, and respond to escalated complaints from
high-profile customers. * Maintain training and audit/assessment
programs and train field service staff. * Serve as a technical team
leader of systems administration subject matter experts to the
customer for all support requirements in a fast-paced distributed
ISR environment. * Personnel must be flexible enough to perform
multi-shift / overtime requirements with little or no notice & will
be 100% on-site at customer location in California. Qualifications
You Must Have * Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 8 years'
of prior related work experience, or an Advanced degree in a
related field and minimum 5 years' of prior related work
experience, or in absence of a degree, 12 years' of prior related
work experience is required. * Air Force Distributed Common Ground
Station (AF DCGS) and/or national-level intelligence agency
experience.
* Experience creating/maintaining user accounts, monitoring system
utilization, installing applications and operating system upgrades,
and installing/troubleshooting software.
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret / SCI
security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer * Possess or obtain a
CompTIA Security+ certification. * Experience providing viable
courses of action to the customer based on timely assessment and
analysis. * Integrity, reliability, and dedication in a team
environment. * Experience in system administration, monitoring, and
troubleshooting system data flows within a complex distributed
environment. * ISR sensor planning and/or collection management
experience. * Scripting experience in UNIX/Linux environments,
Windows server support experience and knowledge in Virtual Machine
(VM) based architectures. * Imagery analysis experience in an
intelligence environment, knowledge of exploitation tools and
techniques, and creation of products from system image data are a

#LI-Onsite The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired
applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
