- As a Researcher at Sierra, you will partner with our Research
team led by to propel Sierra to the forefront of AI
technology.
- Build and evolve Sierra's AI platform, partnering with other
teams to build products and end-to-end AI-powered customer service
experiences.
- Use your AI/ML expertise and creativity to apply existing
methods and develop new models and techniques to solve challenges
in real-world use cases.
- Influence our product roadmap, research, and experience while
utilizing unique datasets and computing resources.
- Contribute to the research community by publishing findings as
research papers and participating in conferences and workshops.What
You'll Bring:
- Deep experience in modern machine learning methods related to
natural language processing and decision-making.
- Ability to define new directions and perform breakthrough
research to allow every company to benefit from AI.
- Published work at top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML,
ACL, EMNLP, and CVPR.
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners across Research
and Engineering teams and external partners in business, research,
and academic organizations.
- Practical skills using modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch,
Hugging Face, Weights and Biases, Deepspeed, JAX, or
TensorFlow.
- Minimum BS Degree in Computer Science or related field, with a
PhD or Masters degree preferred OR demonstrated research experience
through publications or open-source projects.Even Better :
