Job Description:
A company is looking for a Runner Experience National Account
Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to national
accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer support and operational issues throughout the order
management process
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to
build relationships and ensure timely responses
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate accurate and timely
fulfillment of orders
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education
and experience
3+ years of customer service experience
Retail customer service experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and
Outlook
Strong ability and desire to learn and use innovative
technology
