talented Management Consultant to support our Risk, Regulatory &
Compliance Business Unit serving our clients as a project
manager.Our consultants work closely with our clients' Compliance
and Legal leadership teams, leading cross-functional initiatives
around Compliance (e.g., AML, KYC, Sanctions), Data Privacy (e.g.,
GDPR, CCPA, LGPD), Legal Operations and Process and high-stakes
projects. This is a fantastic change management opportunity within
the legal and regulatory context.Our team of consultants is able to
manage these initiatives from start to finish, from planning and
documentation to implementation and execution.Responsibilities
- Project Manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as
part of an on-site or remote project team
- Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and
contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within
the program team and with client groups
- Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues,
risks and overall program health
- Maintain program sites as a repository for all project
information
- Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely
deliverables
- Perform subject matter research and business analysis
- Assist in the coordination and development of client
proposals
- Support practice, thought leadership, and people
development
- Review clients' processes and controls against leading practice
and industry frameworks, identify gaps in design and execution, and
communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and
client management
- Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Operational
Risk, Operational Resilience, Regulatory Compliance, Surveillance,
Conduct Risk, Third Party Risk Assessments and other risk
programs
- Engage in go-to-market and business development efforts,
including the preparation of proposals for prospective clients and
client presentations
- Accountable for project management and administration including
contracting and budget managementMinimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in business or related field
- 1+ years of recent project management experience in a
regulatory, compliance, legal, privacy, and/or securities related
projects required
- Proven ability to apply compliance, regulatory and legal
knowledge within a project management framework (e.g.,
understanding how regulatory concerns must align with technical
requirements)
- Understanding of Legal and Compliance functional areas and
previous experience in similar topics
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and
methodologies including agile/scrum
- Advanced certifications in project management welcome,
including PMP, CAPM and Agile
- ACAMS, CPA, CA, CMA, CIA, CFI, CFE, CRCP, CRCM and/or other
relevant certifications, a plusCompensation and Benefits
