You'll have lots of autonomy and will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations with an entrepreneurial mindset.Responsibilities

• You'll have many responsibilities and will be involved in key decisions alongside the founders.
• Work closely with our world class engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.
• Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
• Participate actively in design and development discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions that meet real-world needs.
• Play a role in an agile team, prioritizing rapid development and deployment to meet our ambitious goals.
• You will develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards.Tech stackPython, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Postgres, AI, Machine learning, Healthcare technologyCandidate requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
    • Expertise in audio and voice tech architecture(required for senior profile, nice-to-have for junior profile)
      • Proficiency in Python.
        • Knowledge in database management systems, such as Postgres.
          • Able and excited to work in-person with the team in San Francisco.
            • Experience with cloud computing platforms and deployment, such as Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
              • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a keen interest in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology.
                • CS or similar degree from top school
                  • Has worked on building AI agentsNice-to-haves
                    • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.The salary range is $125,000 - $200,000
