Job Description:
Year Up United Careers is a leading provider of technical
training and career development programs. Our intensive, one-year
or less program combines in-classroom skill development with access
to internships and job placement services.Through our program,
participants gain professional business and communication skills,
interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing
support and guidance to help them launch their careers. Some
coursework is eligible for college credit.During the internship
phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
In-depth classes include Application Development & Support, Banking
& Customer Success, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Project Management
Support, and Data Analytics.Our graduates have a high success rate,
with 80% employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within
4 months of graduation. Employed graduates earn an average starting
salary of $53,000 per year.
