Job Description:
At Year Up United Careers, we offer a one-year intensive job
training program that combines technical and professional training
with access to internships and job placement support. Our program
provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, an
educational stipend, and personalized coaching and mentorship.Our
training combines technical skills such as Application Development
& Support, Banking & Customer Success, Helpdesk/Desktop Support,
Project Management Support, and Data Analytics with professional
skills like business and communication skills, interviewing and
networking skills, and resume building. Some coursework is eligible
for college credit.During the internship phase, students earn an
educational stipend of $525 per week. Our goal is to equip you with
the skills and opportunity you need to launch your professional
career. In fact, 80% of our graduates are employed and/or enrolled
in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation, with an
average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
