Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Western Alliance Bank.The intern will be a team member of:Our Technology Banking Group within the Bridge Bank division at Western Alliance Bank works with high growth venture backed startups from seed stage to IPO. You will have the opportunity to learn about banking these dynamic companies within the fast-paced technology start-up ecosystem. You'll see firsthand how to review start-up business models, analyze their financials and capital structure, participate in due diligence calls and underwrite credits.What we are looking for: Individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.You may be a fit for the program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industryTo be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
