Job Description:

At Year Up United, we offer a one-year intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Our program combines technical and professional training with job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement.Participants in our program receive an educational stipend and gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support and guidance to help them launch their careers. Some coursework is eligible for college credit.Our in-depth classes include:

Application Development & Support
Banking & Customer Success
Helpdesk/Desktop Support
Project Management Support
Data AnalyticsUpon completion of our program, 80% of graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months, with an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
