A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support experiences and resolve customer issues
promptly
Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting across hardware,
software, and APIs
Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize platform
benefits
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in technical customer support with
troubleshooting experience
Understanding of API integrations and basic programming skills
(e.g., Python)
Experience with BLE or RTLS technologies is a plus
Proven track record of success working independently in remote
teams
Hands-on experience creating user guides and technical
documentation
