Manager with software sales experience from top-tier companies such
as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar.Job Description:The Sales
Manager will spearhead software sales efforts in the CPG sector,
focusing on clients in the beverage industry, particularly beer,
wine, and soft drinks. Using your background from leading software
firms like Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar, you will manage
the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, demonstrating how
our solutions solve industry-specific challenges.Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting key CPG
companies in the beverage industry.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities with major
brands, distributors, and retailers within the beer, wine, and soft
drink markets.
- Leverage your experience with leading software companies
(Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar) to present and sell our
software solutions effectively.
- Lead product demonstrations that showcase how our software can
streamline sales, distribution, and merchandising processes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospect identification
through deal closure and post-sale customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level
decision-makers in the CPG and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and
marketing, to align our solutions with market needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the
overall growth of the business.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in
software sales from top companies such as Adobe, Oracle,
Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the CPG industry, with an emphasis on
the beer, wine, and soft drinks markets.
- Experience in sales operations, merchandising, or distribution
within the CPG or beverage sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing large enterprise accounts and
selling complex software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving
sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
