You must have experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable products, and you should be able to do so in a fraction of the time that most competent people think is possible (in part because of your ability to wield the latest in code generation). Qualifications:
  • Ability to architect robust, maintainable infrastructure and pipelines
  • Experience with DevOps and AWS
  • Ability to ship fast and balance quality vs. speed effectively
  • Strong communication is essential
  • Experience with LLMs is a plus
