Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead with
expertise in React and Java.
Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, and test software applications or systems
Manage a team of software engineers and coordinate cross-functional
projects
Maintain software applications and ensure compliance with HIPAA
regulations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full stack software development experience with React,
Java, and Spring Boot
Previous leadership and management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 5 years of relevant
experience; Master's degree desired
Experience with NextJS, NodeJS/Express, and CI/CD is preferred
Ability to motivate and direct a team effectively
