Job Description:

Achieves successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and provide technical presentations.The salary for this position is ($66,700- 93,600). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in on-site walk-throughs, formal commissioning, and customer demonstration/training on projects.Provide onsite and offsite technical support during installation, start-up, commissioning, and turnover process. Complete programming and commissioning processOversee and/or assist with installation of controls systems to control Boilers, Chillers, Process Water Systems, RTUs, Air Handlers, etcCan program more than one system Tridium, Niagara N4, Integrate 3rd party systems such as BACnet, LON, and Modbus on chillers, boilers, VFDs, generators, rooftop units (RTU), VRF, FAS, etcRun one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customerDevelop and program graphical displays to monitor and adjust mechanical systems operations (EBI Front End Command Control Interface)Perform system back-ups and install appropriate updates and patchesUnderstand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of the customers (may need to possess certifications)Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligationsProper use of safety personal protection equipmentSecurity and other clearances as required by customerAssist with design, estimating, and installation of various building automation systemsMUST HAVE5 years of experienceCertifications required for system specific workAbility to work independently 75% of the timeHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to travel throughout the service area, with overnight stays.Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to HoneywellWE VALUE5 years of experience in Building automation systems programming & commissioning.Technical Training & Building Automation Controls ExperienceBacnet IntergrationTridium Niagara N4 CertificationBENEFITSWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
