• Design, develop, and maintain critical platform features from idea to completion, ensuring they meet our standards for scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Work closely with our machine learning and product teams to design APIs and implement new features in response to user feedback.
• Rapidly prototype and refine Refuel's applied AI functionalities to make sure we are the best in class platform for enterprises to clean, enhance and label data at scale.
• Help spearhead the direction of our engineering team as we scale.You will be a great fit if you have
  • A strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Python, and prior experience building data-intensive applications on cloud environments such as AWS or GCP is a big plus.
  • Prior experience with LLMs, or infrastructure & tooling ecosystem around LLMs (Axolotl, vLLM, Langchain, DSPy, evaluation frameworks etc) is a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative environment. We encourage open discussion and want the best ideas to win.
