We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI/ML Development engineer with a passion to innovate and create cutting edge products for OpsRamp's observability SaaS product. As a Senior Development Engineer within OpsRamp, you'll play a part in building the future - one big idea at a time. You'll significantly contribute on the end-to-end data and GenAI/AI/ML pipeline experiments, design, development, and deployment.This individual must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the cloud native technologies, AI/ML pipelines and appreciation of scale, performance and cost considerations from a Systems as well as AI/ML inference & training aspects as well.

• Help in building of OpsRamp's CoPilot for Autonomous Operations for the Hybrid Cloud.
• Implement cloud-native architecture concepts and have knowledge of best practices for high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security requirements in the cloud.
• Incorporate the MLOPS paradigm and CI/CD in the AI/ML world, while following cloud-native techniques.
• Actively participate in the design and development of AI/ML pipelines, AI Co-pilots/Agents etc.
• Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members to set an example of software systems design and development innovation and excellence, helping engineers grow in their careers.What you'll need:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the industry delivering scalable cloud/cloud-native solutions with ETL pipelines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on expertise in defining, building, training and/or optimizing AI/ML models at scale in any of the popular ML frameworks.
  • Deep understanding in Multi-agent/RAG/Advanced RAG applications, Prompt Engineering Techniques, Fine-tuning LLMs with an eye on inference performance.
  • Familiarity with toolchains like Llamaindex, Langchain etc. is desirable.
  • Must have strong knowledge of application failure modes, resiliency patterns, and techniques to enable robust, self-healing designs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product design proposals and negotiate with other stakeholders to achieve design consensus.
