Role: Program Manager

Role Description: The Program Manager would need to have at least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Undertake multiple initiatives / projects as well as assist management with consulting on business and technical strategy and functionality.

- Support projects and initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

- Facilitating ad hoc information request fulfillment process, including intake, prioritization, assignment, service level monitoring and status reporting,

- Acting as a liaison between technical and business teams to identify the business objectives and requirements, define the business processes and procedures, and understand the effort needed to complete the work

- Facilitating reviews and validating the logical solution design to drive budget and resource planning

- Ability to take unclear requirements and resolve them into meaningful objectives.

- Ability to work in and help drive progress in a rapidly changing/evolving environment.

- Working with project stakeholders, technical teams and enterprise functions to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 6 years of Program/Project Management experience.

- Advanced knowledge (broad expertise or unique knowledge) of policies, practices and systems.

- Advanced knowledge (broad expertise or unique knowledge) of information systems, particularly businesses intelligence and reporting applications.

- Demonstrates deep understanding and knowledge of IT methods and project management and applies this in all stages of project/program.

- Requires advanced knowledge of own area of functional responsibility and working knowledge of multiple related functions.

- Recognized as a leader in project and program management.

- Ability to influence others and build strong partnership with others.

- Team and Service oriented.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to deal with people dynamic with minimal guidance.

- Ability to resolve conflict with minimal guidance.

- Requires the persuasion, presentation and/or negotiation of functional strategies, philosophies, policies, and/or opinions in order to substantially.

Education: Bachelor's degree
