Summary of Functions

Under the direction of the Marketing and Proposal Manager, the Graphic Designer will provide day-to-day marketing support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

?Develop and maintain company's web page

?Produce, coordinate, and maintain all marketing related materials including project descriptions, resumes, advertisements, trade show displays, company newsletter, brochures, press releases, golf tournament signage and materials, videos, slide shows, and other marketing related tasks

?Assist in the production and coordination of proposals and other proposal related duties

?Assist in the maintenance and tracking of all information pertaining to the company's internal marketing database and mailing lists

?Perform other marketing duties as required or requested

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

?Bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing

?Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, HTML, and other web development programs

?Must be a creative and forward thinker with a strong desire to learn

?Ability to problem solve and conduct research

?Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills

?Exceptional organizational skills

?Attention to detail a must
