Job Description:

Currently recruiting for Experienced Customer Service Representatives with a great personality to make Outbound Mortgage calls for a large 3rd Party Call Center located in the Natomas area! Working with Warm and Aged Leads!

These Customer Service Representatives will be contacting consumers who are looking to refinance their homes! Must have a confident and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport over the phone!!!

PERSONALITY & ENTHUSIASM is key!! A DRIVE for SUCCESS is a MUST!

These positions need to be filled by ASAP!!!

Details of these positions include:

*Base pay will be $11.00/hour Monday-Friday + $12/hour on Saturdays

*Must be able to work anywhere from 6am to 7pm Monday-Friday and at least 1-2 Saturdays a month!

Must be open to 30-40 Hours/wk

To be considered for these opportunities, the following criteria MUST be met:

1. All applicants MUST pass a Background Check

2. Candidates must be looking for a long term contract position

3. Candidates must be comfortable working off of leads (warm/aged) to perform outbound calls for various products.

4. Candidates must have strong basic computer skills

5. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be able to multi-task

6. All candidates MUST be able to work at least 1-2 Saturdays/month

7. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be open to a 15-20 hours/wk

***These positions require a three stage interview process!!
