This intriguing company has an urgent need for a IT/Desktop support candidate to support their growing needs and offers an environment invested in your success. It has easy access off the highway, offers employee perks, and is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include providing primary desktop support for internal staff, including international locations, assisting with cross-departmental technology implementations, and maintaining project and operations documentation. Experience in a Mac-based environment and demonstrated expertise in operating systems, networks, hardware maintenance, disaster recovery, and PBX administration are needed to be successful in this position. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills are a must as well. This is a growth position. 1-2 years experience in Desktop Support and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related technology, are required.
