Job Description:

Currently recruiting for BILINGUAL Customer Service Representatives to take inbound/outbound calls for a large 3rd Party Call Center located in the North Highlands/Natomas area!

MUST BE BILINGUAL (read, write, & speak) IN SPANISH!!!!

There is a 4 step hiring process, so the we are looking for qualified candidates NOW!

Details of these positions include:

*Base pay will be $10.00 with the opportunity to advance in 3 months!

*Must be able to work anywhere from 4am to 1am Monday-Sunday

**15-40 hour work week (part-time/full-time depending on volume of calls)**

*Mandatory Training Days: Must attend ALL training days scheduled

To be considered for these opportunities, the following criteria MUST be met:

1. All applicants MUST pass a Background Check

2. Candidates must be looking for a long term contract position

3. Candidates must be comfortable with 100% inbound bilingual calls for regular volume, reservation, order taking, lead capture, etc.

4. Candidates must have strong basic computer skills

5. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be able to multi-task

6. All candidates MUST be able to work at least one weekend day a week.

7. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be open to a 15-40 hour week with the potential for evening and weekend work.

***These positions require a 4 stage interview/assessment process!!
