• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
• Successfully completing a leadership training program
• Assisting with ticket sales, season pass processing, and greeting as guests enter and exit the park
• Responsible for assisting Guests with concerns, will-call ticketing, and ticketing issues both outside the park and inside the park.
• Handling and resolving guest questions regarding park policies and procedures
• Resolving and troubleshooting computer issues for processing stations
• Calculating and documenting the hourly guest attendance for each operating day
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment of all workstations in the Admissions Department
• Conducting audits to measure department success
• Enforcing Park Labor Policies and State Labor Laws for all Team Members
• Planning and executing daily break rotation that adheres to labor policies
• Inspecting equipment daily to ensure safety and efficiency and quality service to guests visiting
• Communicating park or team related concerns to department management
• Enforcing all Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord policies
• Assisting in other areas of the Front Gate department, including ticket taking, ticket selling, season pass processing, guest relations, and toll operations
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
