Job Duration: 11 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $40.50/hr to $45.50/hr
Interview process:
2-3 rounds - first with team member, then 1-2 interviews back to
back 45 mins each with HM/HM colleague. LP and STAR format, they
will be diving into functional skills, what they hire for, goals,
sourcing process - will evaluate Boolean strings as well
Why is this open:
Backfill for current contractors at end of assignment.
Current contractors are currently supporting Device HW and eero
business group.
If this ask is not approved, the team will be understaffed and at
risk of under delivering for the business group
Mission:
The focus for these recruiters is on strong sourcing for niche tech
roles, with a heavy focus on hardware and consumer robotics
(sourcing for roles like TPM with hardware flare, PMT with wifi
ASIC (Application Specific Integration Circuit) background, SDE
embedded)
For these roles, they are looking for someone who did not do rinse
and repeat hiring (for same position), but rather has experience
with technical, niche roles and can dive into each req, build
strategy.
Day to Day:
Hunting candidates, sourcing using advanced Boolean searches
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts
orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and
processes change of employee status.
Meeting with managers, senior managers, and directors - need to be
able to communicate effectively. High visibility with directors and
senior managers.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience as a technical sourcing recruiter
Needs to have an understanding of a wide variety of tech
domains/job codes. Strong tech sourcing skills, mainly Hardware
specialty and niche roles within SDE, TPM, and PMT
LinkedIn, CRM systems and other basic recruiter software
knowledge.
Performance driven - 2 hires per month - not deterred by pressure
of 2 per month
High communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong Boolean search skills
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct
the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Pluses:
Knowing internal systems and internal tagging guidelines within
client - this will be a HUGE plus
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
