Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR
strategy, including talent management and employee relations
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for
data-driven decision-making
Support change management initiatives and collaborate with HR
Centers of Excellence for business decisions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional HR role, with at
least 1 year in an HRBP capacity
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a
related field (master's preferred)
Preferred experience in the professional services industry and
partnering with a technical operating group
HR certification is a plus (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of HR policies and
employment laws
