Job Title: Seafood Department Trainer - Customer Service and
Training Leader
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seafood
Department Trainer to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a
Seafood Department Trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring
the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the
successful delivery of our training programs.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality training programs to ensure the delivery of
exceptional customer service and product knowledge to team
members.
* Collaborate with team leaders and store trainers to schedule new
member training and ensure timely completion of new member
connections.
* Facilitate team-specific operational training, including
operational learning pathways and team-specific program
rollouts.
* Act as a role model for food safety, sanitation procedures, and
occupational safety.
* Train all team members on customer service standards and provide
timely feedback.
* Train all team members on new products, their differentiation,
sales tactics, and department placement.
* Consistently practice and model proper care, use, and maintenance
of all team equipment and PPE.
Requirements:
* 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience or equivalent retail
training experience required.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced
environment.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends,
and holidays as needed.
