Job Description:
A company is looking for an ERP Public Sector (State & Local
Govt) - HR Consultant on a contract/1099 basis.
Key Responsibilities
Document business requirements and assess existing HR systems
Oversee project delivery, ensuring it is on time, within scope, and
budget
Facilitate vendor evaluation and negotiate contracts
Required Qualifications and Education
7-15 years of recent experience managing large-scale IT
projects
Multi-module ERP experience, especially in public sector HR
areas
Experience with Tier 1 ERP Software (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud,
SAP)
Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field; MBA or
advanced degree preferred
PMP certification is desirable
