Overview:Earn $24.00/hr. -Joining our California's Great America Leadership team you'll be ensuring the beautification and the cleanliness throughout the park.. -You'll also---

• Oversee Special Crew operations and ensure park/department standards for health and safety are maintained.
• Perform scheduling, assignment, and monitoring of personnel.
• Be responsible for associate training, certification, motivation, and performance management.
• Maintain back areas and event facility cleanliness.
• Operate various power tools, small machinery, and equipment (including compactors, balers and motor vehicles).
• Be responsible for waste and recycle collection, handling and transfer.
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge

    Qualifications:
    You!Previous leadership experience/training (an asset).A valid California driver's licenseSomeone who is able to follow and issue both oral and written instructions clearly. Individuals with a passion and excitement about Great AmericaAvailability that includes working flexible shifts starting at 6am including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
