Job Description:

Prepare and maintain food quality, presentation, and stock levels in the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars. Ensure courteous and efficient service to customers and Team Members.


  • Prepare food items according to production sheets and recipes.
  • Label, date, and rotate prepared items.
  • Monitor and replenish food levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Follow established procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.


    • Thorough product knowledge.
    • Ability to follow a recipe.
    • Good understanding of food production and cooking techniques.
    • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
    • Ability to follow directions and procedures.


      • 6-12 months retail experience preferred.


        • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
        • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions and use tools and equipment.
        • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
