Job Description:
Sous Chef role involves culinary quality, service, and
experience of the operation.Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct team members to deliver delicious,
nutritious food, exceptional service, and accomplish daily goals
and initiatives.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including
financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety.
- Participate in partnerships with key stakeholders to promote
standards, food expectations, and operational
excellence.Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional
experience.
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience or applicable
culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service
establishment.
- Strong passion for great food and hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Google
Suite, and general hospitality knowledge.
- Ability to follow Health & Safety standards and work
