Job Description:

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at the Google Campus in Mountain View, CA. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for delivering delicious, nutritious food, exceptional service, and daily goals and initiatives.You will oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety. You will work alongside the Executive Chef to promote standards, food expectations, and operational excellence.

• Design and manage the overall culinary experience
• Prepare well-balanced meals and set an expectation of hospitality
• Train and develop team members
• Promote a culture of food and workplace safetyYou should have a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience.
