Job Description:
We are hiring a passionate line cook for the fry station. Fish &
Bird Sousaku Izakaya is a Michelin Guide-listed Japanese restaurant
with a modern California flair, serving authentic Japanese cuisine.
We value team players who appreciate Japanese cuisine, are willing
to learn, and prioritize customer and coworker care. Required
qualifications include 1 year of commercial kitchen experience, a
food handlers certificate, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred skills include knowledge of Japanese cuisine, fish
cleaning and filleting, and inventory management. This is a
full-time position with health insurance and 401(k) benefits for
