At the epicentre of San Francisco stands the city's iconic hotel, where business ideas emerge, loved ones connect and life's most important celebrations happen.We are actively searching for an experienced and energetic Housekeeping Coordinator for the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco!The Role - OverviewThe Housekeeping Coordinator is an essential member of the Rooms Division and is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This is a union non-management position.Essential FunctionsThis list is not all-inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all employee and guest phone calls are handled appropriately, all guest rooms are cleaned, all guest requests are met, and all arriving traces are in the room prior to guest arrival.
  • Ensure office supplies are inventoried, and the office is clean.
  • Coordinates work orders in assigned section.
  • Follows up to be sure work is completed.
  • Clear communication with the rest of the team to ensure all guest requests/calls are completed.
  • Monitor and track all house charges.
  • Organization of daily paperwork.Qualifications & Experience
    • Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required.
    • Proficient with office tasks, including Windows and Microsoft Office, Opera and HotSos.
    • Versed in phone etiquette and guest interactions.
    • 2 years of Housekeeping Coordinator and/or Supervisory experience in luxury hotel preferred.
    • Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high-volume operation.
    • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
    • High school education or equivalent experience is preferred.Four Seasons offers an award-winning work environment and an excellent benefits package which includes:
