Job Description:

Job Summary: Quince is a Three-star Michelin restaurant seeking a motivated & organized Sous Chef with fine dining experience to join our kitchen team. We offer a seasonal menu, local suppliers, and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support the Executive Sous Chef & Quince Chef de Cuisine in kitchen operations.
  
• Complete the Quince prep list, direct cooks & prep team, and maintain a timeline for kitchen staff.
  
• Filling in on cooking stations, breaking employees for rest periods, and enforcing health & safety standards.
  
• Participate in new menu development, conduct monthly inventory, and work with Chefs to maintain inventory goals.
  
• Support kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and quality control.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Previous fine dining kitchen experience required.
    
  • MICHELIN experience preferred.
    
  • Culinary education preferred.
    
  • Food Handler's certification required.
