Kilgore Culinary seeks service-oriented bartenders to join our dynamic team. We're looking for full-time and part-time team members who thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Bartending responsibilities include serving crafted beverages, maintaining inventory, and preparing bar tools. Additional duties include serving as a server, assisting with cleanup, and maintaining a neat bar area. We value adaptability, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. • Bartending: Create exceptional cocktails, pour drinks, and maintain high service standards.
  
• Inventory Management: Keep track of bar supplies and ingredients.
  
• Preparation & Station Setup: Prepare ingredients, garnishes, and bar tools.
  
• Flexibility with Server Duties: Deliver customer service beyond the bar.
  
• Clean-Up & Organization: Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and maintain a neat bar area.
  
  
• Adaptability and willingness to handle varied tasks.
  
• Strong communication skills and focus on guest satisfaction.
  
• A detail-oriented approach, particularly with bar setup, inventory, and cleanliness.
  
• Prior experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not required.
