We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kismet Bagels Luncheonette. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing both the front and back of house operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and managing staff to ensure efficient operation of the shop
• Managing inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with employee handbook rules and regulations
• Handling customer service issues and representing the Kismet brand
• Overseeing front and back of house operations to maintain quality and consistencyRequirements:
  • Managerial experience with a proven track record of success
  • Front of house and back of house experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and lift 50+ pounds
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportationBenefits:
